The infrastructure
Your site runs on AWS with CloudFront — the same machinery behind some of the largest names on the internet — built on Astro with Sanity CMS. In plain terms: it loads almost instantly from anywhere, it doesn’t fall over, and there are no plugins for anyone to hack. Google Lighthouse performance scores of 95 and above, as standard.
The terms
We invest heavily upfront to design and build the site properly, so we ask for twelve months in return. After that it’s month to month, and the website is yours to keep no matter what. No hostages, no clever clauses.
