Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Graphic Detail NZ Limited (“Graphic Detail”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit graphicdetail.co.nz or get in touch with us.
2. Information we collect
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address.
Discovery call bookings
If you book a call with us, our booking provider collects your name, email, and the appointment details you provide.
Subscription billing
If you become a subscription client, your billing and bank account details are collected to set up a direct debit. This is processed by our payment partner GoCardless, linked to our accounting software, Xero, for invoicing. We do not store your bank account details ourselves.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our site, including approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, provide and manage our services, send you updates you’ve asked for (such as our newsletter), and understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on the following third-party providers, who process personal information on our behalf:
- Zoho — forms, email newsletter, and appointment booking.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
- Trustindex — displaying Google reviews on our site.
- Adobe Fonts — website typography, which loads a small amount of technical data such as your IP address.
- GoCardless — processing direct debit payments for subscription clients.
- Xero — invoicing and billing records for clients.

5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for website analytics and to display embedded content such as reviews. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. We take reasonable steps, consistent with industry practice, to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the third-party service providers listed above (to the extent needed for them to provide their service to us), or where required by law.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
